You are the Universe

“Decide what you want. Believe you can have it. Believe you deserve it and believe it’s possible for you. And then close your eyes and every day for several minutes, visualize having what you already want, feeling the feelings of already having it. Come out of that and focus on what you’re grateful for already, and really enjoy it. Sit comfortably and through your nose take a long, slow deep breath in, and gently let it go. Take in a few long deep breaths, let your body settle into wherever you are.

Now, silently ask yourself a few sacred questions:

‘Who am I?’ ~Sometimes answers will flow, sometimes there will be no answers. Just keep asking the question.

Next ask, ‘What am I grateful for?’ ~Allow whatever comes into your awareness.

Now ask, ‘Who am I grateful for?’ Feel the power of your gratitude as it ripples through you.

Now ask yourself ‘What is my deepest desire? What holds my stars apart and my universe together?’

Now invite one intention into your heart. What do you want to see unfold for you?

Visualize your desire and plant it deep within your tender heart like a seed in fertile soil.

Take a long slow deep breath in and anchor your intention. As you exhale, release your attachment to the outcome. Just let it go. Leave it up to the Universe to answer, and spirit to sort out all of the details.

Continue to breathe in and breathe out through your nose. Feel yourself allowing the release of all constricting thoughts, situations, and people that no longer serve you.

You are pure unbounded potentiality. You are one with everything in creation. You are made up of the same stardust that warms the Earth by day and lights up our night skies.
